Dr. Stephanie Chassman is a USC-trained social worker (LCSW) specializing in evidence-based online therapy. With a Master's in Social Work from USC and a Ph.D. from the University of Denver, she integrates cutting-edge research and years of clinical experience to provide compassionate, personalized care. Dr. Chassman has worked extensively with adults and older adults navigating day-to-day challenges, couples seeking to strengthen or rekindle their relationships, and working professionals fighting burnout and anxiety using the most recent evidence-based approaches to developing resilience, strength, and peace of mind.

Dr. Stephanie Chassman is a proud USC alumna, where she earned her Master’s in Social Work with a focus on Mental Health. She received her Bachelor of Science in Economics from Connecticut College and later earned her Ph.D. from the University of Denver in 2022, where she received multiple awards for her academic work.
Her training combined rigorous clinical work with advanced research, grounding her therapy in the latest evidence-based practices. In addition to her research, Dr. Chassman has over five years of experience teaching master's-level social work courses, covering a range of topics including clinical practice, mental health, ethics, and professional development, drawing on real-world experience to bring concepts to life in the classroom.
This blend of academic and clinical leadership allows her to bring both depth and clarity to her work with clients. Today, Dr. Chassman runs a dedicated private online therapy practice, offering accessible, high-quality care to adults and older adults, couples, and working professionals seeking support with anxiety, depression, life transitions, substance abuse, and relationship concerns. She draws on her years of academic, supervisory, and clinical experience to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed therapy in a secure virtual setting.
