Expert Witness Services: Traumatic Brain Injury & Behavioral Health

Ph.D.-level research authority on the social and psychosocial consequences of TBI — available for record review, written reports, deposition, and trial testimony in California.

What I offer that other TBI experts can't

Most TBI expert witnesses are neurologists, neuropsychologists, or rehabilitation physicians. They can testify about what happened to a client's brain. What they typically cannot address is what happened to that person's life — their relationships, employment, housing stability, sense of identity, and ability to function in the social world.

As a Ph.D. social worker and licensed clinical therapist with a published research record specifically focused on TBI and its social consequences, I fill that gap. My testimony connects the medical injury to the human damages — the downstream losses that drive compensation in personal injury, workers' compensation, criminal defense, and employment matters.
